The fifth picture on discrimination even gives the statement to set as "wallpaper". I agree it would be a 5 star if it changed the lock numbers, but its only "wallpaper". Take the years of education that has been afforded to you and read the details before you get upset that a wallpaper app will change the core setting in the phone.
